REGULAMIN KAPPA MATSURI: WEEKEND Z KULTURĄ JAPOŃSKĄ NA UJ 2025

  1. Festiwal Kappa Matsuri: Weekend z kulturą japońską na UJ (dalej „Festiwal”) odbywa się w dniach 8-9 listopada 2025 roku w budynku Instytutu Orientalistyki Wydziału Filologicznego Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, mieszczącym się pod adresem ul. Aleja Adama Mickiewicza 9, 31-120, Kraków.
  2. Organizatorem Festiwalu jest Koło Naukowe Japonistów KNJ Kappa. Organizator działa w czasie Festiwalu przez swoich Przedstawicieli (upoważnionych członków Koła oraz osób przez nich wskazanych, w tym również wolontariuszy i pracowników Instytutu Orientalistyki).
  3. Festiwal jest wydarzeniem niekomercyjnym, a Przedstawiciele Koła pracują społecznie.
  4. Każda osoba przebywająca na terenie Festiwalu zobowiązana jest potwierdzić swoją tożsamość ważnym dokumentem ze zdjęciem i datą urodzenia na żądanie Przedstawicieli Koła.
  5. Dzieci do 12. roku życia mogą przebywać na terenie Festiwalu wyłącznie pod ciągłą opieką rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych.
  6. Wejście na teren Festiwalu jest równoznaczne z uzyskaniem statusu Uczestnika i akceptacją Regulaminu. Kopia Regulaminu jest dostępna na profilu Facebookowym Organizatora oraz w punkcie informacji. Przedstawiciele Organizatora udostępnią na każde żądanie Uczestnika kopię niniejszego Regulaminu.
  7. Każdy Uczestnik Festiwalu zgadza się na publikacje elektroniczne i poligraficzne grupowych fotografii promujących Festiwal, na których będzie występował jego wizerunek. Organizator zobowiązuje się do niepublikowania zdjęć dzieci w przypadku sprzeciwu opiekunów prawnych. Każdemu Uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo do wycofania z materiałów Festiwalu zdjęcia, na którym występuje.
  8. Terenem Festiwalu jest budynek Instytutu Orientalistyki. Na terenie Festiwalu Uczestnikom wolno przebywać w następujących godzinach:
    1. sobota 8 listopada 2025 roku: od 11:00 do 19:00;
    2. niedziela 9 listopada 2025 roku: od 11:00 do 19:00.
  9. Na teren Festiwalu nie wolno wnosić przedmiotów mogących stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia lub życia Uczestników, szczególnie broni białej, broni „bezpiecznej”, palnej i ASG. Zakaz ten nie dotyczy pokazów, jednak każdy taki przedmiot wymaga zgłoszenia Przedstawicielom Organizatora przed wejściem na teren Festiwalu. Użycie przedmiotów tego typu bez zgody Organizatora oraz bez nadzoru osób prowadzących atrakcję wykorzystującą takie przedmioty, lub użycie ich w miejscu do tego nieprzeznaczonym, może zostać ukarane usunięciem Uczestnika z terenu Festiwalu.
  10. Organizatorzy przyjmują w depozyt przedmioty wymienione w punkcie poprzedzającym oraz mają prawo do odmowy wpuszczenia na teren Festiwalu lub usunięcia z niego osób niezgadzających się na przechowywanie w depozycie takich przedmiotów.
  11. Na terenie Festiwalu obowiązuje BEZWZGLĘDNY ZAKAZ posiadania i spożywania napojów alkoholowych oraz substancji o charakterze odurzającym lub psychotropowym. W przypadku odnalezienia u Uczestnika środków tego typu nastąpi ich natychmiastowa konfiskata oraz usunięcie Uczestnika, który je posiadał lub spożywał z terenu Festiwalu, bez prawa powrotu.
  12. Osoby znajdujące się pod wpływem środków odurzających i pobudzających, a także zachowujące się agresywnie lub wulgarnie, będą usuwane z terenu Festiwalu.
  13. Na terenie Festiwalu obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu, używania e-papierosów bądź innych wyrobów tytoniowych.
  14. Każdy Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do kulturalnego zachowania, sprzątania po sobie i podporządkowania się decyzjom Przedstawicieli Organizatora.
  15. Na teren Festiwalu zabrania się wprowadzania zwierząt bez zgody Organizatora, za wyjątkiem psów-przewodników.
  16. Na terenie Festiwalu obowiązuje absolutny zakaz samodzielnego przyklejania czegokolwiek do jakiejkolwiek powierzchni. W celu rozpowszechniania materiałów reklamowych należy uzyskać zgodę Organizatora, który przekaże je wolontariuszom do rozmieszczenia na terenie Festiwalu. Wszelkie materiały, co do których nie została wydana zgoda, będą niezwłocznie usuwane, a osoby je rozwieszające ponoszą odpowiedzialność za ewentualne uszkodzenia powierzchni, na której materiały zostały przyklejone.
  17. Nieznajomość Regulaminu nie zwalnia z jego przestrzegania i ponoszenia konsekwencji wynikających z jego łamania.
  18. Osoby nieprzestrzegające Regulaminu mogą zostać usunięte z terenu Festiwalu. Usunięcie z Festiwalu jest równoznaczne z koniecznością opuszczenia przez usuwanego Uczestnika terenu Festiwalu i jest każdorazowo odnotowywane przez Organizatora z podaniem imienia i nazwiska usuwanego Uczestnika, do których podania usuwany Uczestnik się zobowiązuje.
  19. Regulamin obowiązuje wszystkie osoby obecne na terenie Festiwalu, niezależnie od ich roli i pozycji.
  20. Organizatorzy nie odpowiadają za szkody moralne i zdrowotne Uczestników Festiwalu. Ubezpieczenie od następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków każdy Uczestnik powinien wykupić samodzielnie przed rozpoczęciem Festiwalu.
  21. Organizatorzy nie odpowiadają za rzeczy zgubione lub pozostawione bez opieki.
  22. Uczestnicy ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za dokonane przez siebie zniszczenia na terenie Festiwalu. W celu zabezpieczenia ewentualnych roszczeń, Organizator ma prawo do pozyskania od Uczestnika, wobec którego zachodzi podejrzenie spowodowania szkody, jego danych osobowych, w tym: imienia, nazwiska, adresu zamieszkania i numeru PESEL, których okres przechowywania nie będzie przekraczał okresu przedawnienia ewentualnych roszczeń.
  23. Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem Regulaminu sprawują Przedstawiciele Organizatora.
  24. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do interpretacji Regulaminu zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem.
  25. O sprawach nieuwzględnionych w Regulaminie decyduje Organizator.

KAPPA MATSURI: A WEEKEND WITH JAPANESE CULTURE AT JU 2025 RULES

  1. The "Kappa Matsuri: A Weekend with Japanese Culture at JU" festival (hereafter "the Festival") takes place on November 8th-9th 2025 at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University, under the address ul. Aleja Adama Mickiewicza 9, 31-120 Kraków.
  2. The organizer of the Festival is the Japanese Studies Students' Circle "Kappa" (hereafter "the Organizer"). The Organizer is represented by its chosen Representatives (authorized circle members and individuals appointed by them, including volunteers and Institute of Oriental Studies employees).
  3. The Festival is a non-commercial event, and the Representatives do not profit from nor expect remuneration for their work.
  4. Every individual present at the Festival venue is required to offer proof of identity via a valid ID with a photo and date of birth, if asked to by the Representatives.
  5. Children aged 12 or less can be present at the Festival venue only under the constant supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
  6. By entering the Festival venue, an individual consents to the Rules and becomes a Participant. A copy of the Rules is available at the Organizer's Facebook profile and the information stall. The Representatives will provide a copy of these Rules whenever asked to by a Participant.
  7. Every Participant consents to the electronic and printed publication of group photographs containing their likeness for the purposes of promoting the Festival. The Organizer will not publish the photographs of children if objected to by their legal guardians. Every Participant has the right to demand the deletion of a published photograph containing their likeness.
  8. The Festival venue is the Institute of Oriental Studies building (see point 1). Participants may stay at the Festival venue during the following hours:
    1. Saturday, November 8th 2025: 11:00-19:00;
    2. Sunday, November 9th 2025: 11:00-19:00.
  9. It is prohibited to bring items that may endanger Participants to the Festival venue, in particular all kinds of weaponry, firearms, or ASG. This prohibition does not apply to shows, but every such item needs to be submitted to the Representatives before entering the Festival venue. The use of such items without the Organizer's permission, the supervision of the hosts of the show for which the item was brought, or in an inappropriate location can result in the removal of the offending Participant from the Festival venue.
  10. The Organizer will temporarily take any of the items mentioned in point 9 into custody and has the right to refuse entry into the Festival venue or remove from it an individual who does not consent to taking such an item into custody.
  11. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to possess or consume alcohol or mind-altering substances at the Festival venue. In case a Participant is found to be in possession of such an item, it will be immediately confiscated, and the offending Participant will be permanently removed from the Festival venue.
  12. Individuals under the effects of stimulants or mind-altering substances, as well as those acting aggressively or rudely, will be removed from the Festival venue.
  13. Smoking, using e-cigarettes or other tobacco products is prohibited throughout the entire Festival venue.
  14. Every Participant is required to conduct themselves properly, clean after themselves, and adhere to the decisions of the Representatives.
  15. It is prohibited to bring animals to the Festival venue, with the exception of guide dogs and those permitted by the Organizer.
  16. It is strictly prohibited to attach anything to any surface throughout the entire Festival venue. Any promotional materials are to be submitted to the Organizer, and will be distributed by the Representatives. Any unsubmitted materials will be immediately removed, and the offending individuals will be held responsible for any damage to the affected surfaces.
  17. Ignorance of the Rules does not relieve from the obligation to comply with them and the responsibility for breaking them.
  18. Individuals who do not comply with the Rules may be removed from the Festival venue. Removal from the Festival venue obliges the offending Participant to leave the Festival venue and offer their legal name to the Organizer for record purposes.
  19. The Rules apply to every individual present at the Festival venue, regardless of their role and status.
  20. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages sustained by the Participants. Every Participant is encouraged to obtain personal insurance of their own accord.
  21. The Organizer is not responsible for missing or abandoned items.
  22. Participants are fully responsible for any destruction of property at the Festival venue. In order to secure any potential claims, the Organizer has the right to demand personal information from a Participant suspected of destruction of property, including: legal name, address, and Polish personal identification number (PESEL). This information will be held for a period no longer than that of the expiration of any potential claims.
  23. The Rules are upheld and enforced by the Representatives.
  24. The Organizer has the right to interpret the Rules in accordance with Polish and international law.
  25. Any issue not covered by the Rules falls under the discretion of the Organizer.
